The Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Degree is designed to cover both language and Communication. It will provide the requisite skills needed in the application of the language to various situations. It will equip students with skills that are analytical, critical, practical and utilitarian at both levels.
JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRADUATES
Graduates will work in diverse areas requiring language expertise such as education, print media (i.e. editor and writers), television media (presenters, editors, producers and screen writers), public relations, corporate communication, business management, translation, language consultancies, diplomacy, teaching and research. They can also work as translators for NGOs and international agencies such as various United Nations Bodies.
