TSC list of shortlisted candidates for promotion interviews in 2021

The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has released a list of teachers shortlisted for the 2021 promotions per County. A total of 32,431 teachers applied and were shortlisted for the recently advertised TSC promotion vacancies.

In Makueni County a total of 1,146 candidates have been shortlisted. Check your name and interview dates in the list below;

Here are the TSC interview dates and venues for the teachers’ 2020 recruitment exercise on permanent and pensionable terms. In Uasin Gishu County (Kesses and Kapseret) the recruitment will be done for two days; Wednesday September 16, 2020 and Thursday September 17, 2020.

Official TSC lists of shortlisted teachers for promotions in 2021 per Region and County, Scheduled Interview dates and venues

Did you apply for the recently advertised TSC promotion vacancies in 2021? Well. The Teachers Service Commission has released the lists of applicants who have been shortlisted to attend interviews. Teachers who applied for promotions vacancies can now download the lists and check their respective interview dates, venues and time. The lists feature names of applicants for Deputy Principal I, Deputy Principal II, Senior Lecturer, Deputy Principal III, Curriculum Support Officers, Head Teacher, Senior Master IV, Deputy Head Teacher II, Senior Lecturer IV and Senior Master IV promotion vacancies.

A total of 32,431 teachers applied and were shortlisted for the recently advertised TSC promotion vacancies.

According to data released by TSC, Kiambu County recorded the highest number of applicants at 1,717. Kisii came in second with 1,673 applicants while Kakamega had 1,488 applicants.

Interviews for these promotions will be carried out between February 8 and 19, 2021 at designated TSC County offices countrywide.

TSC 2020 recruitment guidelines; Interview dates and venues per County

The 2020 teachers’ recruitment schedule per County has been released by the Teachers Service Commission. The County schedules have been drafted from the one sent from the TSC headquarter.

According to the schedule, selection of successful applicants, who will then fill employment forms, will be done by the TSC County Directors between Wednesday September 16 to Tuesday September 22, 2020.

Successful applicants will report to their new schools on Monday January 4, 2021.

The Commission is seeking to fill 4,000 new vacancies on permanent and pensionable terms for secondary school teachers and another 1,000 promotion posts for primary school teachers. The 4,000 posts are meant to support the 100 percent transition from primary to secondary schools.

The Commission looking forward to fill another 5,474 vacancies for primary and 1,100 vacancies for secondary schools to replace teachers who have exited service.

TSC releases new recruitment schedule for teachers, pushes interview dates forward

The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has made changes to the recruitment schedule for teachers in September/ October 2020. According to the new schedule, selection of successful applicants, who will then fill employment forms, will be done by the TSC County Directors between Monday September 28, 2020 and Friday October 2, 2020.

Successful applicants will still report to their new schools on Monday January 4, 2021.
