Welcome. Here, you can download KCPE 2020/2021 individual and whole school results and result slips.

Important Knec Portals

DOWNLOADING KCPE RESULTS FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL AND RESULT SLIPS.

You can download KCPE result slips for all candidates per school/ Centre. To achieve this, follow the simple steps below;

  • Go to your browser and type this official Knec portal address; https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/.  You will be redirected to the window shown below;

  • Next, click on ‘Online Result Slip’. You will be taken to a new window as shown in the image below;

  • Enter the Centre Code and Password as used during registration of KCPE candidates. Click ‘Log in’ once done. You will be again redirected to a new window as shown in the image below;

  • Enter the KCPE index number for the first candidate in the box labelled ‘From index’ and that of the last candidate in the ‘To index’ box. Click ‘View Report’ and wait for all result slips to load.
  • Finally, either click the result slips or download them in a format of your choice i.e PDF.

This portal is used to capture details for candidates registering for the Kenya certificate
of Primary Education (KCPE) Examinations.

Please Log In; To Log into this portal, enter the User Name (School/ Centre Knec Code) and password. Click on ‘Loin’ to access the portal.

The Registration of the KCPE candidates for the KNEC examinations is done online.

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION OF CANDIDATES FOR KCPE EXAMS

A candidate is considered duly registered for the KCPE exam after fulfilling the following:

  1. Candidate’s details are successfully uploaded onto the registration platform for the specific examination.
  2. The subjects are duly selected as per subject cluster as stipulated in the regulations governing the specific examination.
  3. Payment of fees where applicable (examination fees is not refundable or transferable to another candidate nor to another year).
  4. Submission of all the candidates’ registration materials to KNEC.
