Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Bungoma Campus was established in 2011 offering a course in Community Health Nursing. The Campus is located in Bungoma town, Bungoma County, adjacent to Bungoma County Referral Hospital.

There are more than 400 students currently with the number expected to go up in the next intake. Plans are also underway to mount two new programmes: Certificate in Medical Engineering and Diploma in Orthopedic Technology.
