CIRCULAR ON INCORPORATION OF JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHERS IN KENYA PRIMARY SCHOOLS SPORTS ASSOCIATION LEADERSHIP
The Kenya primary Schools Sports Association together with the Ministry of Education technical team had a workshop in Machakos TTC in March, 2025 to review the 2017 KPSSA constitution to accommodate the changing trends in Education among them junior schools sports.
The major revision was the creation of the post of organizing secretaries at all levels and setting it aside exclusively for junior school teachers.
The association name also changed to Kenya Primary & Junior Schools Sports Association (KPJSSA).
The deliberations were later ratified by the KPSSA Council members in Mombasa in April 2025.
This is therefore to bring to your attention the guidelines on electing the Junior School representative on Kenya Primary Schools Sports Association (KPSSA)

Names of the elected organizing secretaries must be forwarded to the next level at least 3 days to the election of the next level.
The elected organizing Secretary at each level will automatically join the existing executive committee at that level.
